Our guides are based on published guidance from animal welfare organisations, mainly RSPCA Australia and Humane World for Animals. We link to our sources so you can check them.

We are not vets, and our guides aren't veterinary advice. Please see a vet experienced with guinea pigs for any health concern.

Researched picks

Our "researched picks" compare the published specifications of real products sold in Australia, mainly floor dimensions, against welfare guidance. We haven't tested these products hands-on, and we don't use star ratings or invented reviews. Prices and availability were last checked on 25 September 2026 and can change at any time.

How we're funded
